Retiro de contenido por derechos de autor
Ante un reporte valido de infraccion, el contenido se retira de la aplicacion.
Si eres titular de derechos y crees que en SQPlayer hay contenido tuyo publicado sin autorizacion, escribe a reports@sqplayer.com. Revisamos el reporte y, si corresponde, retiramos el contenido.
Que conviene incluir
- El enlace de la pista o del album (o su titulo y el artista, si no lo tienes a mano).
- Que obra es tuya y en que te basas: autoria, titularidad o representacion.
- Tus datos de contacto para responderte.
- Una declaracion de que el reporte es de buena fe y que la informacion es correcta.
Que hacemos
- Revisamos el reporte y, si es fundado, retiramos la pista de la aplicacion.
- La cuenta que subio el contenido queda sujeta a lo que dicen los terminos del servicio: puede perder el contenido o la cuenta.
- El contenido retirado no se vuelve a publicar salvo que el reclamo se resuelva a favor de quien lo subio.
Este es un canal de contacto y retiro, no un proceso judicial ni un formulario con contra-notificaciones: escribimos por correo y resolvemos a mano.

If you hold the rights and believe your content is published on SQPlayer without authorisation, write to reports@sqplayer.com. We review the report and, if it applies, we remove the content.

- A statement that the report is made in good faith and the information is accurate.

- The account that uploaded the content is subject to the terms of service: it may lose the content or the account.
- Removed content is not published again unless the claim is resolved in favour of whoever uploaded it.
This is a contact and removal channel, not a legal proceeding and not a form with counter-notices.
